“Back in October 2020 my cat Franklin (who was 7 years old at the time) had a major kidney event.

We don’t know what caused the issue, but one morning he kept throwing up, so we took him to our local vet. They told us that his kidney values were off the charts (creatine 13.6mg/dL and BUN 127mg/dL) and directed us to a pet hospital that could provide him 24 hour care. He spent a week in the hospital and his values didn’t change. The doctors told us that the outlook was bleak, so we decided to bring him home. He had a feeding tube in his neck for 3 months.

During that time we started giving him Astro’s Oil through the tube. After a month his creatine dropped to 4.8mg/dL and BUN was down to 65mg/dL.
