One of the ingredients in Astro’s oil Advanced Renal Care Formula is a natural form of vitamin E called mixed gamma tocopherols, it congeals at low temperature, which causes the liquid in the bottle to appear cloudy. If the bottle is left out of the fridge long enough to warm up to room temperature it will become clear again. The bottle needs to be vigorously shaken to homogenize the contents before administering a dose (the small particles observed are one of the ingredients, Ubiquinol).
