The Fish Oil is derived from deep, cold water mackerel and sardines caught off the coast of Norway, these fish tend to contain the lowest levels of pollutants. The oil processed from the fish is concentrated (high EPA + DHA) via a freeze-fracture technique which also molecularly distills it. Molecular distillation is the most effective method of purifying fish oil and always achieves purity results that far exceed FDA requirement for heavy metal and PCB content.
